Anega manages the physical prepartion of its athletes.
A specific programme is set up which evolves year after year according to the qualities sought after by the trainers.

Skiers coming on a longer course must follow the physical preparation programme to have the best chance of success!

An excellent physical preparation is vital for skiers to carry out the technical movements required. Constant feed back between the fitness trainer and the ski trainer mean there are in depth personal training sessions. Also alternating ski training and gym work outs enable the skier to remain in continual training mode, with access to professionals and to build up confidence.
