A long course to have the time to work and put into place elements that will remain!

Meeting at the airport Lyon St Exupery. Departure end July (around 26th). Return beginning September (around 2nd.)
Skiers are accompanied by a trainer during the trip!

Full-board accommodation at Mt Beauty (30 mins from the resort) in a lodge: valley view.

Ski in the morning at Falls Creek. Return beginning of the afternoon for lunch.
Afternoon: rest, video, physical training and ski preparation.
For a long course like this there isn't skiing every day: the programmes are worked out to combine ski training, physical training, rest and cultural activities to get the most out of the training over the 5 weeks.

Possibility of sending equipment by  freight
