What happens when a skier is injured?

The case of an injury is dealt with in the contract.
If an injury causes a participant to be withdrawn for a period of over 3 months, he will receive a refund prorata temporis for the part of the course he has reserved.
Any period less than the above mentioned will be considered as being part of the inherent risks involved in this action sport.  No refund is forthcoming in this case.
